Madison County Title has proudly served Madison County, Missouri, since 1976, when Raymond Skaggs founded the company on a foundation of service and integrity. His daughter, Cydney “Cyd” Cox, carried that legacy forward for decades, helping neighbors, families, and businesses with all their real estate title and closing needs.

On March 1, 2025, Madison County Title became part of the True Title Company network, the largest locally owned title insurance company in eastern Missouri. True Title is led by John Duckworth, a native of Dittmer, Missouri, and a lifelong Missouri resident. In honor of the values and reputation established by Raymond and Cyd, True Title chose to preserve the Madison County Title name and continue its tradition of providing trusted local service and actively engaging with the community.

Now operating as one of 16 branches in the True Title network, Madison County Title remains a familiar local presence, providing the same friendly service and personal attention clients have always known, now backed by the strength, resources and expertise that define True Title’s success across eastern Missouri and beyond.
