[activecampaign form=1]John Duckworth, president of Clayton-based True Title Company, announced today the addition of a third closing office in the county, opening their newest office in House Springs at 7206 Executive Parkway. This follows the recent addition of Eva Faulkner, a veteran closing officer, to their Festus office.
“We have experienced remarkable growth along the I-55 corridor over the past four years, with an increase in closings of 254% over the past 3 years. Our offices in Festus, Arnold and Meramec Bottom are tremendous locations, buoyed by the best closing officers in the county,” Duckworth said. “We have been looking for the right opportunity to serve realtors, homebuilders, buyers and sellers in the western part of Jefferson county, and as soon as one presented itself to us, we pounced.”
The new office in House Springs will be serviced by Faulkner and Amy Cochrane, two longtime closing officers who count many clients across the region, will be the 9th closing office in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. True Title will be the first title company to have an office along the Highway 30 corridor (in Jefferson County) since 2009 Duckworth, a graduate of Northwest high school, is excited to be bringing this service back to his old neighborhood, and looks forward to the potential growth of the region.
Deanna Skiles, True Title’s south division manager and longtime escrow officer in the area, will oversee the office. “It has been a long time since a title company believed in the growth of the Highway 30 corridor, and I know many of my clients will look forward to having an even more convenient location to close their transactions.”
